Usability Blog

Up one level
Things I've learned about usability, for some future product management gig.

I'm not in product management anymore, so my day-to-day involvement with improving software usability is close to nil. Yet I can't help remaining interested. It's possibly the most important issue facing the high-tech industry today, while also being the most ignored.

This blog will mostly focus on web usability, since that aligns with some of my personal projects, but I'm not above posting rants about poorly designed products I encounter.
