An RFQ is a Request For Quotation.

You've decided to upgrade your website, which was last updated around the time Mt. Rushmore was last updated. Or perhaps you've decided your small business needs a website. Here are some things that that might be good to know before you open your checkbook.

I'll also post some things here from the web designer's point of view about the workflow around getting the design right. I suppose this blog is really about the interface between the customer and the web designer.
